📋 Description

• At Pair Team, we’re an innovative, mission-driven company reimagining how Medicaid serves the most underserved populations. • We’re building a powerful care management platform that leverages AI and automation to scale meaningful, human-centered care. • As a Senior Product Engineer at Pair Team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the tools that power our care delivery. • You’ll lead end-to-end development of new product features, from initial concept through deployment and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of software development experience as a high-performing individual contributor, building user-facing software at a startup • Experience in both backend and frontend engineering • Building complex web applications (required) • Relational Databases data modeling (required) • Ruby on Rails (preferred) • React (preferred) • AWS services (preferred) • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
