📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA • Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors • Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices • Monitor product usage and adoption trends • Assist customers with configurations, troubleshooting and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of CyberArk PAM experience ideally in a large, complex or modernized environment • Fluent in German and English • Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security • Ability to resolve complex technical problems • Experience with endpoint protection agents is beneficial
