• Drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles for Defense accounts • Lead and drive sales engagements and connect customers with solutions for every stage of threat prevention • Work with internal partners and teams to best serve the customer and enable platform adoption • Create clear goals, accurate forecasting, and a detailed territory plan • Leverage prospect stories to create compelling value propositions tailored to specific accounts • Stay updated on industry news and trends and understand competitive landscape • Cultivate channel partner relationships and bring channel-centric go-to-market approaches • Participate in FLIGHT onboarding program and ongoing training • Travel as necessary within territory and to company-wide meetings
• Experience and knowledge of selling large Enterprise IT solutions to Defense customers • Fluent Swedish • Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques • Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems • Ability to identify problems, review data, determine root causes, and provide scalable solutions • Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners and executing channel-centric go-to-market approaches • In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and ability to follow a structured sales process • Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving and consider complex interrelationships and outcomes • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with high autonomy and self-direction • Willingness to travel as necessary within territory and to company-wide meetings
