📋 Description

• Partner with the LTV product manager on the renewal cycle • Understand hypotheses behind conversion, retention, or renewal bets and build programs accordingly • Own program quality, including principles, concepts, exercise sets, and choices affecting conversion, retention, and renewal • Own delivery of programs and experiments, ensuring they are built and loaded by required dates • Translate hypotheses into ready-to-test workout experiments by selecting exercises and defining order, duration, and progression • Generate supporting assets with AI tools where needed • Assemble and upload final program versions in the CMS • Build new programs and improve existing ones using competitor programs, YouTube performance, and seasonal trends • Bring hypotheses and draft programs to medical and fitness experts for review • Track program performance against conversion, retention, and renewal targets • Feed performance results into subsequent hypotheses • Work with the Product Content Lead on briefs, priorities, new programs, and topics • Make programs engaging, natural, and not textbook-like

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in a digital consumer product • Experience in fitness, wellness, habit formation, or education contexts • Ability to connect content work to product metrics • Ability to set KPIs, read engagement and retention data, and make concrete content and structure decisions • Strong attention to exercise selection, order, duration, format, and variety • Ability to work quickly and autonomously • Ability to bring drafts and hypotheses and iterate based on feedback • Ability to partner with medical and fitness experts for safety verification • Experience using AI tools to structure, generate, and scale program content • Ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving team with overlapping roles and shifting ownership • Product and engagement thinking valued more than domain credentials • Background in training, coaching, or medical/fitness is a bonus
