📋 Description

• Own the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, contracting, renewals • Coordinate the procurement, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships for company hardware and IT equipment • Coordinate with Legal on MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements • Track all software subscriptions; spot waste and duplicates • Run KYC/KYB for new vendors, keep documentation current • Identify manual workflows and build automations and trackers that scale • Support ad-hoc ops requests, reporting, and compliance packages

🎯 Requirements

• Naturally detail-oriented - you notice what others miss and do not let things drop • Can manage many work streams at once without losing track • Comfortable pushing back on vendors, timelines, and incomplete answers • Clear communicator in English • 2–4 years in operations, finance, procurement, or similar • Experience in AI-driven workflows, process optimization, and operational automations.
