• Assist in leading and managing projects from inception to completion • Coordinate communication and output between multiple teams • Maintain project tracker with up-to-date information and status updates • Provide regular reporting on and constantly assess project statuses and progress • Facilitate collaboration across project teams as needed • Act as point of contact for all project updates and initiatives • Drive project timelines, manage risks, and ensure team adherence to quality standards • Adjust workflows and processes in response to changing requirements and feedback • Create and edit relevant SOPs • Perform other ad-hoc IT, training, research, and administrative tasks as required
• 3+ years experience in a operations or project Management role • Experience working in a fast-paced setting managing teams and multiple projects • Keen attention to detail with a high level of conscientiousness and execution • Experience using Clickup for project management (or similar tool) • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets • Hands on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and a willingness to share knowledge • Familiarity with Slack and Gmail/Suite for internal team communication • Ability to work full-time in UK-aligned timezone
