📋 Description

• Design, configure, and customise the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. • Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and supportable ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, mobile, and portal capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders. • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow functionality. • Identify and prioritize business requirements. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code according to development standards. • Conduct code reviews and quality-control checks. • Debug and fix technical problems. • Produce and run test cases to ensure software quality. • Document code and application functionality. • Stay current with emerging ServiceNow development trends and technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of ServiceNow development experience. • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow development and integrations. • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable. • IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) experience. • Experience with Mobile and Portal development. • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. • Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
