• We’re seeking a Solutions Engineer to work alongside our sales, operations, customer success, and engineering teams. • You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our innovative technology solutions and the unique needs of our enterprise-level customers. • This is a ground floor opportunity at a venture-backed startup in an international and dynamic work environment. • You will collaborate with prospective and existing customers to understand their business requirements and challenges.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management, solutions engineering, software development, or customer engagement. • Proficiency with Django and Django Rest Framework • Familiarity with Postgres or SQL • Educational background in web development (flexible regarding relevant degrees, certifications, and work experience). • Strong skills in Rest API usage. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability to evolving project dynamics. • Familiarity with product and design lifecycles, collaborating effectively with designers and product managers. • Customer facing experience (nice to have) • A background in data engineering or data science (nice to have) • Proficiency in React or a recent JavaScript framework (nice to have) • Machine learning or AI knowledge (nice to have) • UI/UX understanding (nice to have)
