📋 Description

• Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives • Lead patient recruitment projects and support delivery across complex cases • Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns • Work with vendors and study teams • Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance • Support budgets, purchase orders and project documentation • Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies • Lead client-facing communications, presentations and stakeholder management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience • 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment • Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients • Direct patient-facing experience is required • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Excellent English communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Passion for improving the patient and caregiver experience in clinical trials • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence and comfort in a client-facing role, including complex discussions and presentations • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Adaptability and collaboration • Comfort working with metrics, KPIs and project tracking
