• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing services (affiliate, influencer, or performance PR), with at least 1 year of direct affiliate marketing experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling strategic accounts and delivering high NPS. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders. • Proficient in digital marketing platforms and data analytics tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. • Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities with strategic oversight. • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for client success, personal growth, and marketing innovation. • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and partner ecosystems (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, ShareASale). • History of turning data into actionable insights that lead to measurable business results. • Enthusiastic about coaching, mentoring, and team collaboration. • Comfortable presenting to executive audiences and managing complex client portfolios.
