📋 Description
• Lead commercialization workstreams for Faster Payments capabilities from product strategy through launch readiness • Translate product strategy into clear launch plans and partner readiness requirements • Drive alignment across various teams to remove roadblocks • Partner with technology and operations for integration planning and launch execution • Support readiness assessments and identify dependencies and risks • Develop and maintain commercialization documentation and create executive updates
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, sponsor banking, or related field • Hands-on experience launching, scaling, or operationalizing bank products or payment capabilities • Experience with Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, push-to-card, payouts, or comparable Faster Payments capabilities strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree preferred • Strong understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems • Proven ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders
