📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of Classified loans • Works closely with SAG Leader and others to manage portfolio • Takes timely action so client losses are minimized • Assists with the restructuring and liquidation of distressed loans • Ensures timely and accurate reporting of asset quality • Maintains strong relationships with business units • Monitors collateral values and ensure compliance with loan covenants • Implements workout action plans • Ensures all advances and loans comply with loan policy • Manages portfolio through complete and current knowledge of client’s financial condition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, with emphasis in special assets management. • Collection, loan restructuring, and workout experience required. • Thorough knowledge of banking regulations and compliance. • Project Management Workout Experience • Alternative Energy Workout Experience, including Solar, Battery, and RNG • SBA and USDA Workout Experience • Customer service • Communication skills (verbal & written) • Collaboration • Financial Acumen
