• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers • Configure and customize the PatientNow platform • Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Deliver clear, engaging training sessions • Guide customers through change management
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or training roles, preferably in SaaS • Strong project management skills • Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience working with CRM, EMR, or practice management software preferred
