📋 Description
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians and resources. • Conduct tailboard meetings and safety briefings. • Oversee the execution of field projects, ensuring safety and timely within-budget completion. • Provide technical guidance and support to the team. • Address and resolve any safety incidents or concerns directly with the Filed Service Safety Administrator.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in power transformer installation, service, repair and testing. • Strong leadership and project management skills. • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., electrical, safety).
