• - Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, overseeing their account and providing tailored support. • - Develop deep knowledge of our software solutions and guide clients to leverage them for optimal results. • - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. • - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience. • - Analyze customer feedback and metrics to report on account health and success.
