📋 Description

• Remote position • Senior Software Engineer on the Patterned Learning AI team • Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side of web applications • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and customer-facing teams • Drive product quality and iterate on improvements • Build new features and maintain existing applications • Participate in Engineering ceremonies, code reviews, and customer feedback sessions • Respond to critical production escalation issues • Champion engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of backend software development experience • Writing production-level applications in Go, Ruby on Rails, and/or React • Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a remote/hybrid setting • Self-starter capable of diving into challenging problems • Passion for quality • Deeply curious about our product space and the end user • Proactive communicator
