📋 Description

• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud Center of Excellence, DevOps, and Delivery Platforms teams to align machine learning engineering solutions with business objectives • Use AWS, Databricks, Spark, and big data technologies to develop scalable machine learning solutions for millions of users • Create automated data and modeling pipelines and integrate and deploy machine learning software features • Lead optimization of CI/CD workflows for scalability and resilience • Identify and resolve issues and bugs and address AppSec vulnerabilities with Application Security and CCOE teams • Drive adoption of machine learning engineering best practices across teams • Contribute to formal training programs and materials for MLE tool adoption • Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide feedback, requirements, and questions • Architect, develop, and optimize machine learning models, infrastructure, and solutions • Enhance product features and improve machine learning infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of machine learning engineering or similar experience at software companies; or advanced degree with 3 years of demonstrated machine learning engineering success or similar experience • Production-grade machine learning models and infrastructure experience in Python • Strong background in advanced Python and big data technologies • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CDK or Pulumi • Ability to use machine learning engineering to drive business results • Ability to translate business problems into machine learning engineering problems and communicate results to non-technical audiences • Collaborative working style and willingness to share ideas • Ability to work independently and complete high-quality tasks • Strong understanding of data engineering and software engineering fundamentals • Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly detail oriented • Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate computers, phone systems, and multiple software programs simultaneously
