📋 Description

• Lead the overall day-to-day operations for the designated team • Supervise assigned group and delegate work assignments • Train, coach, develop, and mentor new and existing team members • Handle escalated issues from customers or internal teams collaboratively • Facilitate business or team update communications through meetings, 1:1s, or team huddles • Provide managers with input on performance management, promotional opportunities, employment status changes, and performance issues • Develop and implement action plans to improve team or individual performance • Act as a technical resource to the Support Team • Serve as subject matter expert in key departmental areas • Create and update processes and internal training documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a benefits support role • Experience in tax-advantaged plans (FSA, HAS, HRA, Commuter) preferred • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a technical/problem-solving role • 2+ years of experience in a technical/problem-solving client-facing role required • Bachelor’s Degree required • Experience with ownership and accountability in group responsibilities • Previous benefits experience strongly preferred • Previous experience with payroll systems strongly preferred • Previous supervisory/mentoring experience preferred • Preferred experience in project management, data analysis, or benefits support
