📋 Description
• The Marketing Specialist supports demand generation and sales enablement initiatives • Focuses on developing and supporting sales cadences, marketing outreach programs, and sales enablement resources • Reports to the Senior Director of Marketing • Helps translate marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and promotional programs into structured sales outreach • Executes hybrid digital and human outreach strategy defined by the Director of Growth Marketing and Strategy • Collaborates with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Sales Enablement team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement roles • Experience writing rep-voiced marketing or sales outreach messaging such as email campaigns, cadences, or promotional communications • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems • Experience working with sales enablement tools such as Highspot or similar content management platforms • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
