📋 Description

• Own and lead end-to-end search engagements using Peak’s proven methodology • Partner with our internal sourcing team to identify, assess, and secure top sales talent • Ensure high-quality, timely execution that meets or exceeds client expectations • Consistently meet placement targets and quarterly KPIs • Act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of accounts, understanding both immediate and long-term hiring needs • Cultivate lasting relationships through value-driven communication and execution • Generate additional revenue through repeat business, referrals, and organic growth • Bring a sharp eye for top-tier talent, with a strong grasp of how to align candidates to a client’s sales DNA • Deliver tailored solutions that anticipate client needs and maximize impact • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce) to support forecasting and pipeline visibility • Generate predictable performance that contributes to team and company growth • Work closely with sourcing specialists, leadership, and other account managers to ensure seamless project delivery • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, workflows, and client experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience managing recruitment/search projects within an executive search or headhunting agency • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and sales/revenue targets • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills—you’re client-focused and consultative • Strong business acumen and ability to influence hiring decisions at the executive level • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Familiarity with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to data and pipeline management (Salesforce experience a plus) • A growth mindset aligned with Peak’s core values: Driven to achieve excellence, Disciplined in execution, Of Service to clients, candidates, and teammates, Always Improving personally and professionally
