📋 Description

• As a Sales Recruiter at Peak Sales Recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top sales talent for our clients. • Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to meet our clients' unique sales hiring needs. • You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional talent solutions. • Proactively connect with passive candidates and engage them in conversations about career opportunities. • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' sales skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and prepare detailed profiles to hiring managers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process. • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions. • Help prepare insights and recommendations for clients based on market research findings.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment in an executive search or headhunting agency. • Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates' sales capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and clients. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. • A growth mindset aligned with Peak Sales Recruiting’s core values: driven, disciplined, of service, and always improving.
