• Own portions of the Team 3 backlog. Keep tickets clear, prioritized, and up to date. • Write product specs and requirements documents for platform improvements. • Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with engineering. • Track delivery against the roadmap. Flag risks and blockers early. • Coordinate with Data Ingest (Team 5), Analytics, and Operations teams on shared dependencies. • Document platform workflows, data contracts, and decision rationale. • Investigate and triage data issues. Help determine root cause and next steps. • Prepare status updates and summaries for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• 3+ years of product management, technical program management, or related experience. • You have worked on technical products. Comfort with data systems, APIs, or infrastructure is a strong advantage. • You write clearly and communicate well across technical and non-technical audiences. • You stay organized under pressure and know how to keep multiple workstreams moving. • You ask good questions. You seek context before jumping to solutions. • You want to learn how healthcare data works and why it matters. • Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup is a plus. • Exposure to healthcare, value-based care, or CMS data is a plus but not required. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
