📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and support Service Product Providers • Oversee planning, development, and delivery of tailored service product experiences across virtual schools • Establish and maintain service quality, delivery consistency, design principles, guidelines, and quality standards • Support professional growth, role clarity, collaboration, learning, feedback, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Service Product Managers, school-facing teams, Research & Efficacy, Accountability, Product, and Technology teams • Support pilots, refinements, change management, and evolution of service product offerings • Use school feedback, participation data, delivery insights, research, and practitioner feedback to improve service products • Monitor adoption, engagement, fidelity, practice change, delivery effectiveness, trends, risks, and opportunities • Carry a small caseload of schools and personally deliver tailored professional learning service products • Partner with school-based roles to adapt and deliver learning experiences aligned with school and role needs • Serve as a hands-on partner through facilitation, coaching, and applied learning support • Model exemplary service delivery and bring frontline school insights back to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • Experience leading teams responsible for professional learning delivery • Demonstrated ability to lead school-facing work and manage complex stakeholder relationships • Demonstrated experience designing professional learning or educational products • Strong understanding of adult learning principles • Experience working cross-functionally in roadmap-driven environments • Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills • Experience in virtual or blended learning environments preferred
