📋 Description

• Design and embed a scalable global office framework for distributed collaboration, productivity and compliance • Oversee and optimise IT platforms, knowledge management, project management tools and other operational systems • Manage vendor and service provider relationships • Create and uphold standards for remote collaboration • Ensure timely staff support across IT, processes and engagement • Partner with HR, Finance, and Governance, Risk & Compliance teams to improve staff experience and cross-functional working • Use data, feedback and research to improve remote operations, workflows, automations and innovations such as AI • Manage the design and delivery of global in-person gatherings, including requirements and budgets • Manage, mentor and grow the GLOSS team • Support engagement systems and content governance for GLOSS

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business operations, process design or remote workplace infrastructure, ideally within a global or remote-first context • Strong skills in modeling, analysis and data-informed decision making • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, remote end-user IT services, digital collaboration platforms and business systems integration • Proven ability to balance immediate staff needs with longer-term improvements • Experience designing and implementing scalable systems and workflows as organisations significantly grow • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills • Ability to work inclusively across diverse teams and contexts • Comfort working in a high-autonomy, remote-first environment • Initiative and ownership of shared goals • Must be at least 18 years old
