📋 Description

• Support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Financials modules • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support existing functionality • Monitor, diagnose and resolve issues with finance integrations • Optimize use of Workday and associated business processes • Assist in regression testing for Workday bi-annual update • Provide support and training of Workday Financials • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and approve Workday change requests • Complies with all company and site policies and procedures • Remains current in profession and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Workday administration experience • Proven experience with Workday Financials (Core Financials, Accounting Center, etc) • Experience with Prism, Workday Studio, Adaptive & Security • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field is preferred • 3-5 Years Workday administration, configuration, support, and maintenance for Financials modules required • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, departments and outside contacts • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Experience in the Insurance industry is a nice to have.
