📋 Description

• Working within the Software Engineering group supporting our Medical Imaging business • Ensuring the successful, high quality and timely release of complex software • Managing the end-to-end delivery process • Unblocking teams and deploying Agile principles and project management best practices • Reporting to the Associate Director, Project & Program Management • Providing hands-on facilitation, driving high-performing sprint teams • Optimizing workflows and ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, scope and budget • Acting as a 'servant leader', driving continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and proactive risk management • Fostering effective collaboration across matrixed teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role focusing on project delivery and deployment of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • Experience in the Life Sciences sector, ideally with exposure to the Medical Imaging domain • Experience in cloud deployment of enterprise solutions and of developing AI-powered software • Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) • Demonstrated success in driving Agile maturity and innovation • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or equivalent experience • Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) desirable • English: Fluent
