📋 Description

• Oversee timelines, milestones, and financials throughout assigned projects • Define, facilitate, and ensure satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects with business impact and firm deadlines • Identify, assess, and manage project risks • Maintain realistic project plans and communicate regularly and accurately with stakeholders • Apply predictive or adaptive/agile project management methods and tools • Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure • Manage change control and ensure deliverables meet agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets and receive sign-off • Lead project teams and address performance deviations • Support release and deployment activities, including recording activities, logging results, and documenting technical work • Provide early-life support and advice to initial users when required • Assess, analyse, document, and implement requested changes • Investigate and report hazards and potential risk events • Maintain financial records for compliance and audit • Support IT financial tasks, cost identification, failure reduction, financial planning, and budgeting • Collate financial data and reports to support analysis and decision-making • Implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans • Manage problems, issues, resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and information dissemination • Collect stakeholder feedback and develop customer and stakeholder relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Flexible attitude toward work assignments and new learning • Ability to manage multiple varied tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail • Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment • Demonstrable critical-thinking ability • In-depth knowledge of project management practices in the life sciences industry • Ability to define and implement appropriate strategies • Ability to identify and implement process improvements • Proactively participates in skills improvement training • Up-to-date awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques, and processes affecting technology in the life sciences domain • Self-starter able to work under own initiative • Experience using tools to communicate progress to stakeholders • Experience with cloud deployment of enterprise solutions for the life sciences • Experience with cloud deployment of regulatory enterprise solutions • Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum • Understanding of UML, object-oriented, data-modelling, process-modelling, and/or other development methodologies • Experience and knowledge of the life sciences and regulatory sectors • Solid professional experience in the same or a very similar role • Proven working experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or related study, or equivalent project-related experience • Fluent English
