📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated business-partnering finance lead for the Americas Regional Vice President across the Analytical Solutions and Customer Enablement Global Business Lines • Own financial planning and forecasting processes across the Americas • Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior business leaders • Advise commercial leadership to support profitable growth • Identify and quantify risks and opportunities and communicate financial status and impact • Own P&L analysis, variance reviews, and trend identification • Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis aligned with SIOP • Partner with commercial, operations, and finance teams on strategic planning and business reviews • Identify process gaps and develop initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls • Support price, volume, mix, and cost variance analysis • Manage and develop one direct report • Escalate key decisions to the Regional Vice President and Commercial Finance Director as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading commercial finance for regional business operations • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, risk and opportunity identification, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement • Experience with P&L analysis, variance reviews, and trend identification • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Experience aligning financial forecasts with SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) • Ability to partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and finance teams • Experience developing financial processes and strengthening internal controls • Experience with price, volume, and mix analysis and cost variance analysis • People leadership experience, including managing and developing a direct report • Ability to operate independently in a collaborative, matrixed environment • Relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training
