📋 Description

• Provides medical and scientific information on Pfizer Biopharmaceutical Group products to internal and external customers in compliance with corporate and local procedures and applicable regulations • Collaborates on Risk Management Plans and Local Language Documents • Manages Clinical and Research Collaborations, Non-Interventional/Interventional Studies, and compassionate access programs • Provides compliance guidance to commercial colleagues and serves as official spokesperson with medical doctors for the product portfolio to healthcare authorities • Supports MSL coaching and develops relationships with KOLs, Medical Societies, and academic centers • Manages the Medical Affairs annual budget and develops and executes the annual local plan • Identifies scientific questions and leads locally sponsored clinical trials, including investigator and site selection, timelines, budgets, and trial oversight • Leads publication strategies for local clinical and epidemiological trials • Participates in audits, inspections, and CAPA implementation • Provides scientific and medical input for new products, launches, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and customer engagement programs • Coordinates scientific events, speaker selection, training, advisory boards, and speaker training • Reviews and validates Local Product Documents, Package Inserts, promotional materials, dossiers, and scientific content • Supports product registration and formulary/listing submissions with Regulatory Affairs • Follows up on adverse events with Drug Safety and supports Medical Information • Complies with training curricula and inspection-readiness procedures • Conducts periodic field visits with physicians

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) • Ability to prepare presentations and deliver public speeches • Ability to teach and train • Abilities in negotiation and effective communication • Excellent abilities in strategic and interpersonal influence • Knowledge of scientific, ethical, regulatory and legal aspects which allow the conduction of research trials in human beings • Handle computer software, specifically Microsoft Office, internet and other basic electronic tools • Business and Financial acumen (budget management) • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in positions within clinical practice or linked with medical affairs, R&D, medical-marketing, marketing, clinical research or medical direction, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry • Medical knowledge in the assigned medical area of the products entrusted • Medical degree required: preferably specialty • Experience in project & budget administration and management • Technically updated in local regulations • Business travel
