• Work within the Digital Health Services Team to provide stages 2 and 3 of DMS • Conduct Pharmacy Contraception Service consultations following full training • Contact patients daily by phone while maintaining patient focus • Provide administrative support for NMS, DMS, PCS and other business requirements • Adhere to legal, ethical, professional and company requirements • Work within a high-volume environment • Meet individual and team targets supporting business targets • Work with customer service, purchasing, operations and pharmacy teams • Help maintain a fun, relaxed and friendly workplace
• Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Numerate and IT literate • Confident using systems such as Excel • Experience in community or online pharmacy • Ability to work accurately in a busy, high-volume environment and meet deadlines • Ability to follow company and ethical standards • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Initiative, proactivity and drive • Patient-focused customer service skills • Knowledge of DMS stages 2 and 3 desirable • Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively • Applicants must prove they have the right to live in the UK • Successful applicants must undergo a DBS check
