• Dispense all received prescriptions in line with daily operational requirements • Support the clinical team with day-to-day dispensary activities • Follow P2U dispensary operating procedures and maintain high standards of dispensing quality and accuracy • Adhere to all legal, regulatory, ethical, professional, and company requirements • Work effectively within a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Achieve individual and team performance targets to support business objectives • Take ownership of prescription labelling and accuracy checks • Ensure appropriate quality control measures are followed and communicate any issues or improvements to pharmacy colleagues • Collaborate with teams across the business, including Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, and Pharmacists • Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities to maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support operational efficiency
• Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification, or Pharmacy Technician qualification with ACT accreditation • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) • Previous experience working in a pharmacy environment, including community, online, or dispensing pharmacy settings • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a regulated environment • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing competing priorities and deadlines • Confident using IT systems and able to quickly learn new technologies and processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate-level Excel skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and service standards • Demonstrates initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) • Applicants must prove they have the right to live in the UK • All successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check
