📋 Description

• Own the performance, cost efficiency, and output of third-party logistics partner • Oversee warehousing, inbound and outbound freight, and fulfilment operations • Accountable for logistics cost per order, service level performance, and operational scalability • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, and Retail teams • Travel regularly between warehouse and head office to ensure oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a 3PL or warehouse operation in a retail or e-commerce business • Strong commercial awareness • Confident communicator with ability to build trust and influence third-party partners • Excellent analytical and organisational skills • Experienced in managing inbound and outbound freight • Tech-savvy with inventory systems and reporting tools • Strong understanding of logistics cost structures and ability to manage budgets • Experience with ERP, WMS or OMS systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Full UK Driving License
