📋 Description

• Own front-of-house operations, including reception and visitor experience • Manage the day-to-day running of the London office and overall workplace experience • Create and maintain a high-quality, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment • Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace, facilities, and office-related needs • Build and manage relationships with building management, external vendors • Establish and improve office processes, standards, and ways of working • Ensure the office is well-stocked, maintained, and operating smoothly at all times • Own onboarding and in-office experience for London-based employees and visitors • Lead workplace initiatives that support employee engagement & culture

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in workplace, office management or similar roles • Tech-savvy, familiar with Google Workplace, Notion & Slack • An onsite approach, working from our London office 4 days per week • Approachable and confident in a front-of-house & employee facing role • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards • Strong organizational and operational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Adaptable and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities • Solutions-oriented, proactive self-starter who takes ownership • Comfortable handling workplace logistics, deliveries, and facilities requests • Experience organizing office events and employee engagement activities
