• Lead with purpose. • Deliver fair outcomes. • Shape the future of assessment. • Lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality assessment processes across T Level qualifications. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and performance. • Build strong relationships with your team and key stakeholders. • Embed consistent, high-quality assessment delivery processes. • Drive performance against KPIs and improve operational efficiency. • Strengthen customer experience through improved query handling and insights. • Identify opportunities to enhance quality, accuracy, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in people management or team leadership (essential) • Background in assessment, education, or content delivery • Ability to work in a regulated, high-pressure environment • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills • Experience managing performance, KPIs, and operational delivery • Project management capability and structured approach to delivery • Experience with T Levels or vocational qualifications (Nice to Have) • Exposure to awarding processes or assessment methodologies (Nice to Have) • Experience working with contractors or subject matter experts (Nice to Have) • Continuous improvement mindset and process optimisation experience (Nice to Have) • Confidence using data and technology to drive better outcomes (Nice to Have)
