β’ Responsible for helping our Strengthen Value Stream to deliver business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement, change management, product management, analysis of customer and market insight, and identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes. β’ Reporting directly to the Head of Home PCW. β’ Driving and shaping the trading landscape for our PCW Home brands to deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes. β’ Management of business opportunities that helps achieve the Home PCW Product Roadmap. β’ Identifying and driving new product development opportunities in line with customer demand, market changes and overall Home strategy. β’ Creating, shaping and delivering the product development roadmap, gaining sign off through the product governance framework. β’ Managing stakeholder deliverables in line with the project plan and finding solutions to overcome barriers to delivery.
