Piq Energy is a technology company that provides an agentic grid-planning platform that runs power-system (grid) studies in minutes to accelerate interconnection and unlock capacity on the electrical grid. The platform lets developers, generators, large loads, and utilities run many scenario-driven studies, use custom data, and model ISO cost-allocation methods and regulatory requirements (FERC/NERC) to de-risk interconnection and cost allocation decisions. Piq positions itself as a SaaS/AI-enabled tool that automates model prep through post-processing, supports compliance workflows, and integrates with existing utility tools to speed digital transformation of grid planning.
