📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of recruiting managers and recruiters focused on Engineering, Product, and Design hiring. • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across EPD, influencing and aligning on hiring priorities, strategies, and outcomes. • Operationalize recruiting at scale, ensuring hiring processes are efficient, data-driven, and consistent while maintaining a great candidate experience. • Evaluate and improve processes by identifying gaps, proposing creative solutions, and implementing best practices for long-term success. • Foster a culture of ownership and curiosity, encouraging your team to challenge assumptions, learn continuously, and raise the bar on talent acquisition. • Drive accountability and results, balancing urgency with quality, and ensuring hiring goals are met in partnership with business leaders. • Coach and develop team, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years leading managers or senior recruiters in high-growth environments. • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions. • Proven success building trust and credibility with challenging or senior stakeholders. • Experience operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale, with strong knowledge of best practices in hiring. • Ability to critically evaluate recruiting processes, propose improvements, and lead change management. • Track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams, with a leadership style rooted in collaboration, ownership, and curiosity. • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business. • A growth mindset, resourcefulness, and drive to continually raise the bar for recruiting at Plaid.
