📋 Description

• Senior developers are responsible for ensuring their code meets client expectations and solves the business problem prior to a release. • Developers will work on tasks including bug fixes and change requests across a number of different solutions while identifying and mitigating risk when possible. • Developers actively participate in the entire support development lifecycle over extended periods of time. • Manage maintenance updates, upgrades, and releases of code and features geared toward solving identified client needs. • Maintain best practices for code, troubleshoot, write/edit code, make configurations, implement web application solutions, produce quality code in business logic and front-end, work on production issues, follow code quality best practices, document QA test steps, provide developer testing, communicate with QA, adhere to deadlines, raise and mitigate risks, provide frequent updates, review code systematically, maintain documentation and SOPs, ensure development infrastructure and CI, participate in estimates, approve technical audits. • Communicate requirements and quality expectations to stakeholders, participate in client communication, be available overlapping 6 hours with 9-5 CT, perform screencasts for internal and client training, consult on software interfaces, deliver by deadlines, identify and communicate missing requirements, alert management to scope changes and bugs.

• Senior developers are responsible for ensuring their code meets client expectations and solves the business problem prior to a release. • Developers will work on tasks including bug fixes and change requests across a number of different solutions while identifying and mitigating risk when possible. • Developers actively participate in the entire support development lifecycle over extended periods of time. • The ideal candidate would possess solid programming skills and provide high-quality results to our clients. • Developers also manage maintenance updates, upgrades, and releases of code and features geared toward solving identified client needs. • Development: maintain best practices, troubleshoot, write or edit code, make configurations, use tools to implement solutions to web applications, produce quality code in all layers, work closely on production issues, follow best practices re: code quality, peer review, commit and PR history, maintain quality code work, document QA test steps, provide developer testing before QA, communicate with QA, adhere to deadlines, raise risks, execute mitigation tasks, provide updates, review code, maintain documentation, utilize best practices in source control and CI, participate in estimates, approve technical audits. • Communication: communicate requirements, scheduling, quality expectations, participate in client communication, available overlapping 6 hours with 9-5 CT, work with customers on technical issues, perform screencasts, create screencasts for clients, communicate with management and technical support, consult with staff on interfaces, deliver work by deadlines, identify missing requirements, alert to scope changes, alert internal stakeholders to bugs, communicate handoffs.
