⢠Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, compensation changes, probation workflows, and other employee lifecycle processes. ⢠Maintain operational consistency and data accuracy across People systems and platforms. ⢠Coordinate execution between PBPs, managers, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk. ⢠Support operational ownership and administration of People-related tools together with Service Desk and other stakeholders. ⢠Track operational deadlines, dependencies, and process gaps. ⢠Improve SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation. ⢠Support automation and operational standardisation initiatives. ⢠Contribute to the development of an AI-supported internal People Knowledge System. ⢠Help build scalable People Operations processes that can grow with the company.
⢠3+ years in operational coordination/people operations/business operations / process-heavy environments ⢠Strong operational coordination and process management skills. ⢠High attention to detail and execution quality. ⢠Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment. ⢠Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow-up habits. ⢠Systems and process-thinking mindset. ⢠Interest in automation, AI tooling, operational scalability, and process optimisation. ⢠Ability to simplify operations without losing accuracy or control. ⢠Comfortable working in environments where processes are still evolving and being built. ⢠Experience working with operational platforms and systems (HRIS / ATS / LMS / benefits platforms etc., HiBob experience is a strong plus). ⢠Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. ⢠Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
