📋 Description

• Own the architectural direction of the analytics layer for customer acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention • Identify and resolve upstream data quality issues and drive durable organization-level fixes • Define canonical GTM metric definitions in the semantic layer with Data Services & Governance • Ensure RevOps, Customer Success, Customer Experience, BI tools, and AI tooling use a shared source of truth • Partner with senior commercial leadership to shape high-value analytical questions • Lead analysis of customer behavior, commercial performance, and retention patterns • Design and govern experimentation methodology with statistical rigor and meaningful-result criteria • Build structured, documented analytics for self-serve business users and AI tools • Mentor and develop analysts through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing • Contribute to engineering and analytical standards across the broader data community • Report to the Senior Manager of the Growth Intelligence team and collaborate with commercial, product, data, and governance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience operating at Staff or Lead level in data analytics or analytics engineering roles in a fast-paced SaaS organisation • Expert knowledge of SQL and dbt • Solid proficiency with Python for data analysis and manipulation • Comfort with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices for analytics code • BigQuery fluency, including performance optimization and cost considerations at scale • Mastery of a modern BI tool such as Looker or Omni • Commercial analytics specialization, including GTM metrics, customer lifecycle economics, and revenue outcomes • Strong understanding of data quality governance and upstream root-cause resolution • Strong understanding of data contracts, schema ownership, SLAs, and producer-consumer agreements • Understanding of analytics outputs serving AI tools and self-serve analytics • Track record of advising senior GTM stakeholders and communicating risk and tradeoffs to non-technical leaders • Experience mentoring analysts and raising team capability • English-language application and ability to use English as the company language
