📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and people matters • Provide input on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness decisions • Translate global business priorities into localized people strategies and plans • Maintain expert US employment-law, labor-regulation, and compliance knowledge and working knowledge of other jurisdictions • Ensure handbooks, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws in operating US states • Provide employment-law guidance to managers and employees • Manage union labor relations, including interpreting labor agreements, resolving disputes, advising on labor issues, and negotiating labor contracts • Conduct investigations and handle grievances, arbitrations, and other labor-related matters • Implement performance management processes, compensation reviews, and talent assessments • Coach managers through complex employee-relations matters and investigations • Improve work relationships, morale, retention, and productivity • Manage talent, leadership development, and succession planning • Develop workforce plans and coordinate talent acquisition across multiple countries • Analyze workforce data and metrics to support planning and identify organizational capability gaps • Guide restructures, organizational redesign, and change-management initiatives • Structure teams for scalability, agility, and performance across different cultures and regional requirements • Maintain organizational culture and engagement across geographically dispersed remote teams • Identify upskilling needs and develop leadership capability and talent-readiness programs

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial generalist HR expertise in the US, with labor-relations management knowledge and experience • Working knowledge of generalist HR across the UK, EU (preferably Germany), and Singapore or similar countries (desired) • Expert-level knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and compliance requirements across operating jurisdictions • Proven track record implementing HR initiatives that drove business results and organizational transformation • Genuine business acumen • Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, analytics tools, business metrics, and management information • Proven experience working in multinational organizations across multiple countries • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field • HR experience with substantial experience in senior HR roles or HRBP positions • Ability to work across time zones • Some national and international travel may be required • Prolonged periods stationary at a desk and working on a computer
