📋 Description

• Coordinate contractors and installations • Manage materials - purchase orders and logistics • Oversee equipment hire and cost control • Own invoicing and payments • Ensure documentation and QA readiness • Maintain commercial data accuracy • Deliver reporting and insights • Drive process improvements and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial and invoicing knowledge • Confidence working with data • Experience coordinating suppliers or contractors • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Advanced spreadsheet skills • Clear communication skills • Experience with finance or CRM systems (bonus) • Exposure to systems such as SAP, Medius, Salesforce, or similar platforms (bonus) • Automation capability (bonus) • Experience with tools such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, or other automation platforms (bonus) • Industry experience in EV charging, energy, utilities, construction, or a related sector (bonus) • Equipment hire knowledge (bonus) • Familiarity with managing and optimising equipment hire processes (bonus)
