• Help operationalize and scale Polemix and opinion leader content • Drive more generalized marketing programs to help build greater brand and product awareness for Polemix • Create a brand and marketing strategy from the ground up • Operationalize from idea to execution, being the engine behind the marketing team • Work alongside the founding team to bring the Polemix vision to life • Be part of a team that is building the first web3 platform focused on ideas and opinions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and content creation with an analytical perspective • Experience in designing and executing marketing and content strategies • Experience with social media and content management, especially Twitter and/or Discord • Analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on campaign performance • Understanding of Web3 and NFTs, or demonstrated willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward • Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, and adobe • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to work in an intense and fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • A passion for technology, innovation, and the future of Web3
