📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of fullstack/AI engineers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career growth support • Oversee technical design, development, and deployment of fullstack web applications backed by AI technology • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams on cross-functional project execution and delivery • Drive architecture decisions for scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based AI platforms aligned with business objectives • Foster an innovative environment for exploring state-of-the-art AI techniques • Lead technical decision-making aligned with product and company objectives • Promote continuous learning and develop the team’s expertise in emerging AI technologies • Build and scale an AI-powered product suite modernizing the insurance experience • Guide architecture of scalable, secure AI systems and responsible AI deployment at scale • Report to the CTO

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development • 2+ years managing engineering teams • Strong technical leadership building and operating production AI systems at scale • Proven expertise in NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems • Strong web development background, ideally full-stack • Expertise in React, Python, and Node.js • Experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, data/ML pipelines, and infrastructure • Exceptional people management skills • Ability to simplify technical AI/ML concepts for cross-functional teams • Ability to lead teams in an agile, fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Track record of delivering complex projects with scalability, reliability, and security • Reports to the CTO
