📋 Description

• Responsible for regional commercial supervision in Goiás, Tocantins, and Bahia; • Conduct prospecting, client visits, negotiations, proposal preparation, and sales of Ponta solutions; • Participate in livestock-related events; • Maintain commercial relationships with partners, clients, and potential opinion leaders in the region; • Manage and maintain the client portfolio; • Monitor and ensure achievement of individual and regional commercial objectives; • Lead, supervise, train, and develop the regional sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial management, including prospecting, negotiation, and sales; • Results-oriented with experience in managing commercial indicators (KPIs); • Proven experience in people management and development; • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities; • Experience with beef cattle production and animal nutrition; • Knowledge of breeding, rearing, and finishing phases of beef cattle production; • Academic degree in animal science (zootechnics), veterinary medicine, agricultural sciences, or a technical degree in agribusiness/agriculture; • Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability for frequent travel; • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Goiás (GO) region.
