• Drive Global Engineering Delivery by executing across a distributed team • Balance Planned vs. Reactive Work by establishing clean frameworks • Own Incident Management & On-Call • Architect Asynchronous Workflows to minimize real-time meetings • Own Delivery Metrics (DORA) • Champion AI-Augmented Engineering by optimizing team usage of AI tools • Global People Management & Team Health

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience directly managing a team of ~10 software engineers • Active user of modern AI development tools • Proven experience building triage systems for ad-hoc bugs • Exceptional written communication skills • Practical experience utilizing DORA metrics or similar frameworks • Ability to cultivate psychological safety and prevent burnout • Strong engineering background • Ability to navigate code reviews • Domain Expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics, or E-commerce verticals (bonus)
