📋 Description

• Create and maintain an internal Power Communications platform for stakeholder communications and resources • Work with a dedicated nova engineer to maintain and innovate the platform • Own company-wide and senior-leadership internal communications, including communication strategy and waterfall • Manage company rollout timelines and facilitate company scrum and quarterly kickoff meetings • Assist with the CEO’s monthly company memo and distribution • Create the quarterly Power Insider newsletter • Collaborate with internal marketing on external company communications • Support HR with crisis communications • Own company-wide task management and accountability • Project-manage initiatives from distribution through completion, tracking progress and holding team members accountable • Coordinate and lead bi-annual leadership onsite/offsite meetings • Consolidate and maintain company processes • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and redundancies; gather stakeholder feedback; resolve process issues; and drive improvements • Ensure processes remain current through quarterly maintenance • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes • Achieve communication portal accuracy and timely distribution, complete mandated initiatives, and close one approved operations project per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years in an Operations role with a proven track record of driving process improvements with a complex organization • Background or experience in company communications with hands-on experience owning the communication strategy for an organization • Growth mindset and problem-solving skills • Understanding of change management best practices • Strong relationship skills • Strong speaking skills and articulation • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
