📋 Description

• Own revenue operations, including billing, collections, payments, quote-to-cash, sales operations, commission calculations, deal desk support, HubSpot setup, and account changes • Manage contracts using company templates, including order forms, MSAs, NDAs, and partner agreements • Manage vendors and SaaS, including renewals, usage audits, seat counts, and costs • Administer partner revenue sharing, payments, records, pipeline, and co-marketing logistics • Run recruiting operations for open roles except final interviews • Manage sourcing, outreach, scheduling, Ashby pipeline, offers, Deel, onboarding, offboarding, PTO, expenses, and review cadence • Hire and manage an Operations Associate • Document processes so junior employees can run them • Own enterprise security and data review materials and SOC 2 readiness • Manage access control, offboarding security, and tooling to prevent financial or data leakage • Progress toward operating cadence, partner strategy and enablement, pricing and deal modeling, and industry expansion research • Reconcile systems, eliminate overdue invoices, and transition operational ownership away from the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building an operations function from scratch • Hands-on experience with billing, collections, contracts, and systems • Experience managing people and building processes others can run independently • Experience handling important matters with partners, vendors, and customers • Willingness to be hands-on for the first six months • Highly organized, clear written communication, and comfort being direct with a founder • Fluent written and spoken English • Ability to work US Eastern hours • Experience at a SaaS company • Staffing or HR tech experience is a plus, not a requirement • Experience personally administering operational tools such as Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, an ERP, PandaDoc or DocuSign, Deel, or an ATS is requested in the application form
