📋 Description

• Manage all contract renewals and updates across IDnow's global customer portfolio • Ensure renewal discussions are initiated well in advance of contract expiry dates • Handle contract modifications, including adding new service providers and updating terms • Coordinate effectively with legal, finance, and delivery teams throughout the renewal process • Proactively identify renewal risks and implement mitigation strategies • Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline management • Drive customer success initiatives to improve renewal rates and satisfaction • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers • Negotiate renewal terms that align with both customer needs and company objectives • Create compelling renewal proposals and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in contract management, renewals, or customer success roles • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewals concurrently • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Customer-focused mindset with proactive communication style • Experience working with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) • Proficiency in CRM systems and contract management tools • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors is advantageous • Fluency in English required; additional European languages preferred.
