📋 Description

• Proactively engage new leads and existing donors through calls, emails, appointments, and solicitations • Qualify current online donors to identify high-capacity supporters • Prospect for new donor opportunities • Maintain accurate and timely donor records in the CRM • Steward donor relationships and track funds raised • Build and manage donor relationships at PragerU events • Represent the organization at external events • Collaborate with development, data, events, foundations, legacy giving, and fundraising teams • Stay informed on nonprofit fundraising trends and best practices • Report directly to the Head of Development and work closely with the CDO, CEO, and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or sales/business development (highly preferred) • Ability to thrive in a high-volume calling environment • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions • Strong alignment with PragerU’s principles and conservative values • Experience with fundraising CRM software preferred • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven ability to act as an ambitious self-starter • High ethical standards • Familiarity with PragerU’s content, presenters, and worldview • Excellent time management skills • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20–25% of the time • Familiarity with the digital ecosystem and social media channels • Ability to build and cultivate long-term relationships • Resume and cover letter required • Cover letter must explain alignment with PragerU’s values and motivation for working there
